Example:Already utilizing Dustshields world wide, this shipper needed to protect their RFID transmitters and keep Tag Readers and charging stations accessible in their distribution centers. They sent sketches that we turned into additions for their existing Dustshields.

We’ve made selecting and configuring your enclosures as simple as possible. Dustshield Bases & Mounting Bases create a secure, space-saving, stable workstation protected against production environmental hazards. Bases use the same rugged 3/8” ABS construction and hardware as our enclosures. Enclosures are delivered fixed atop bases with all options installed.
Workstation Base Cabinet Aluminum piano-hinged, locking front access door Single, fixed shelf standard. Select additional fixed or slide-out shelves. Dustshield Upgrades Your production environment is unique. We've tailored enclosures to customer's specialized requirements since 1993. The most common and useful of these customizations have become Dustshield Upgrades. Contact us if you don't see what you need.
Extra Protection Upgrade ABS and acrylic shrouds over vent ports, cable ports and fan/filter inlet to protect against heavy airborne particulate or water falling from the top or sprayed down sides (such as in wash down environments for food processing). Heavy airborne particulate like wood shavings, cotton fibers, paper dust, etc. easily clogs your filter, limiting filtration and circulation. Shrouds require the air to be pulled in from the bottom to prolong filter life and effectiveness.		$85
Security Upgrade Add two locking doors, unbreakable polycarbonate window and security hardware (where applicable) to your enclosure. Ideal for customers with high traffic production areas, storing blank checks, sensitive documentation or tools.		$55-$145
Enclosure Cooling Upgrade A 6,000 BTU AC w/ Internal Thermostat Control keep computers operational in temperatures up to 150F. Tested by customers in metal industries, foundries and Warehouses w/o air conditioning. The AC occupies included base cabinet (no additional storage). Removable drip pan. Extremely high humidity environments may occasionally require drainage hose.		$1450

Touch Screen Upgrade To modify a standard enclosure to accommodate a Touch Screen Monitor, the acrylic window is removed to give access to the touch screen and the monitor is restrained against a 1.5" closed-cell foam gasket to seal the enclosure. Digital Temperature Display Large digital display to monitor the enclosure's internal temperature. Features user specified high temp / low temp alarms. Requires one AAA battery		$50

Replacement Filters Dustshield uses the industry's most functional filtration system. However, a dirty and clogged filter cannot protect your computer equipment. To insure maximum productivity place filter replacement on your companies scheduled maintenance programs.
Heavy-Duty Particulate Filter Dustshield's all-purpose filter utilizes activated carbon and electrostatic filtration media to remove airborne particulate down to 0.1 micron. Well suited for most production environments. 12 filters/pkg.
Particulate & Fumes Filter Specialized for production environments with high truck and forklift traffic, cutting lubricants, sulfur (metallurgy) with using. This filter doubles the activated carbon filtration to scrub especially oily air, exhaust vapor, and fumes. 12 Filters / Box
